Which Nissan Z possesses True Z-Spirit?

You probably know that there's more than just 3 Nissan Zs right? It's not just 300, 350 and brand new 370. There's the Datsun 240 and 280, Nissan 300ZX (Z31) and finally it starts with this Z32 model (at least this is the one you are most familiar with).

1. Nissan 300ZX
Nissan 300ZX (Z32). Do not mistake it for Z31 because they don't look alike at all. They don't perform alike either. This nissan is the fastest one in 1/4 mile out of the whole Z family. It does handle quite well for a car that was produced in 90s. It has a 3.0 liter V6 producing 300hp and capable of 283lb-ft of torque. It does 0-60 in 4.9 seconds and has a limited top speed of 155mph. This car was the first car in the whole Z Family to come with optional convertible version. It was originally created to beat Porche 944, but instead, it murdered it, not just with power and handling, but also with price and looks. It was cheaper model, yet it was the faster one too. But it did have and still has flaws. For a car that has 300 hp it has brakes that could hardly match to the standarts of 200hp car. They should've paid more attention to that. Talking about braking, this car is not as safe as you think. It's fuel economy is horrible, similar to the one of an American muscle. It doesn't have much cargo space, and it's very noise, and ride doesn't feel good either. But back in 90s, I'm pretty sure people didn't care about that. The problem is, now in 2010, it's a big deal. You can't find one in a good condition anymore. You must be the luckiest person on earth to do so. Don't forget the fact that it has a turbocharged engine and it has horrible brakes, so you might find yourself spending over $2k just to rebuild the engine.
2. Nissan 350Z
I see many teens driving this car and they don't even know that they are driving a Renault. In 2001 Carlos Ghosn CEO of Renault and Nissan announced the new Z. I personally have no problems with Renault, neither I have problems with the Man of 2003. But I do have some problems with the car. Since 2001, Nissan is not a Nissan anymore. It's not a Z anymore either, so you probably guessed which car would win this competition if this one is not a Z anymore. 2005 model was slightly modified. It went up from 286hp 274lb-ft torque engine to 300hp engine with less torque. 2007 models had even better 307hp engine with 7500 rpm redline. It does 0-60 in 5.2 seconds. It's safety ratings are pretty amazing to- 4/5 front and 4/5 side. It's pretty comfortable, and it looks nice too. "So what can be the problem?" you might think. Well, it's way to comfortable, it has way to much luxuries, and unlike other Z cars, it doesn't beat any porche or any other big-shot douche bag car maker. It's not that cool anymore. This is a sunday drive car, and it doesn't deserve the title Z at all.
3. Nissan 370Z
You might think that I would say the same cold words to this one as I said to 350Z, but you are wrong. As I said before, I have no problems with Renault, so don't think I didn't like the 350 just because it was manufactured under Renault's ownership. This one has the 350 looks, and the 300 intensity and speed. It's not faster than 300Z. It has a bigger 3.7L V6 capable of 332hp and 270lbs. It does 0-60 in 5 seconds, slower than 300. It dos 1/4 mile in 13.1 seconds, just as fast M3 convertible. It manages to hit a great score on skidpad too, 0.99g, 0.01g more than the M3. Unlike the 350, this one kinda gains some of the Z-spirit, but obviously not all of it. It way to cocky, way to smooth and quiet. It's engine is neither supercharged/turbocharged or high rev. It's boring and quiet, and it doesn't scream. So why would it even have the Z-Spirit? Renault made "Z" series softer and more quiet. That way, they completely interrupted Z-line.

Winner:
Out of three cars the winner is obviously 300ZX. It's fast, it's engine is turbocharged, it's nice looking, it's a porche killer and still is an M3 and 135i killer. It screams and sounds like a mentally retarded gorilla. It handles well and it goes to. To bad they don't have them stock anymore and it is hard to find a good one, but if you do, make sure to buy it without any hesitation.
